Student Progress Evenings (Parents' Evening)
We expect all parents/carers to attend student progress evenings.
With the exception of the Sixth Form, student progress evenings run in four sessions of 45 minutes, from 15.45 to 18-45. Sessions run alphabetically by the child's surname. You will be invited to attend the appropriate session. Upon arrival to the school you will be allocated a desk for your 45 minute session; teachers will move around the room and sit with you for a brief talk regarding your child’s progress.
Due to these arrangements, you may not get the opportunity to speak to all of your child’s teachers. If you would like to make contact with them, you will be given details of who to contact nearer the time.
Sixth Form parents' evenings are run on an appointment system and detail of this will be available nearer the time.
If you feel that you need to speak to the Head of Year, specifically during the evening, then please contact the school via the same email address in order to arrange this.
