Ofsted & Challenge Partners
Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial. They inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
The last time the school was inspected was November 2011, we were judged to be an Outstanding School. The report can be found here.
Parent View gives you the chance to tell us what you think about the school. Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of your child’s school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. Ofsted use the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect, and when.
By sharing your views, you’ll be helping your child’s school to improve. You will also be able to see what other parents have said about your child's school. All the information you give is anonymous.
We ask all parents to complete Parent View questionnaire each year and would encourage you to complete it if you have not already done so. Please click on the link below to be redirected to the external link.
Schools which are part of Challenge Partners work together to aspire to become a world class, knowledge sharing community, which leads the way in school improvement and raises the standards of education for all. Each year a team consisting of an Ofsted trained inspector and members of other schools' Senior leadership teams visit Hendon School for two days to peer review the school.
